Pine Grove Board of Directors

President: David S. Perhach, MSW

Mr. Perhach has 32 years of experience in the childcare field and has developed residential programs in South Carolina, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, and New Jersey.

Director of Admissions and Development: Donna J. Moen, MS

Ms. Moen has 21 years of experience with the most recent being 10 years as an Admissions Director.

Chief Executive Officer: James D. Moen

Mr. Moen has over 33 years of experience in the childcare field with the last 15 as an Executive Director.
