Referral Information

Referrals to Pine Grove can be made to the Director of Admissions, Donna Moen. Initial referrals can be verbal or written. Official referrals must include a Children's Services Universal Application, and historical and evaluative information (including a social history, psychological information, and medical and educational history.)

Our Philosophy

The children of Pine Grove, Inc. represent a group of children with developmental disabilities accompanied with significant behavioral problems, communication deficits, and poor social skill development. Our children present significant behavioral issues at home, at school and in the community. We strive to focus on individual strengths and needs without ever forgetting that these special children are entrusted to our care by families and agencies who want the best for their children.
